This application has been filed seeking disposal of the suit in terms of settlement between the parties dated 16th December 2024, arrived at with the facilitation of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The settlement agreement is on record of this Court. 2.
The Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful and in order. The parties shall be bound by the terms of settlement.

The said settlement has been executed and signed by the respective parties as also counter signed by respective counsel for the parties. 4.
Counsel for plaintiff states that the procedure for transfer of the car in the plaintiff's name, as per Clause C.1.(ii) and disbursal of Rs.10,00,000/- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) from the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation ("EPFO") account of Late Mr. Chetan Bhalla, as per Clause D.3, has already been triggered by them and they will make efforts to ensure that the same is concluded expeditiously.

In view of the joint request, the application is allowed. 6.
The suit stands disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 16th December 2024.

Decree sheet be drawn accordingly.

In view of the settlement arrived at through mediation, plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of 100 % court fee.
