I have perused the order. The suit property is situated at the jurisdiction of PS Greater Kailash which falls within South-East District. Hence, the suit is transferred to the South-East District. In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, Delhi on 28th July, 2016 for further directions.
