Present appeal has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 31st July, 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 10509/2024 whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant seeking issuance of directions to the respondent No.1-DJB to provide regular, permanent and adequate supply of clean potable water to residents of „DLF One Midtown‟, Shivaji Marg, Delhi (the "Project") from the date of offer of possession by the builder/DLF to home buyers was dismissed on the ground that there was The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. This Court is in agreement with the view of the learned Single Judge. Accordingly, the present appeal and applications are dismissed as premature, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition after the Project is granted a Completion certificate.
