This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the 1996 Act") for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal presently in seisin of the dispute between the parties.

The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is scheduled to be expired on 26 August 2024.
