O R D E R

% 19.02.2018 Petitioner is seeking parole for a period of one month. Status report has been filed by the State. It is been verified that the mother of the petitioner namely Savitri Devi wife of Hukam Chand has expired on 05.02.2018 and her Satarvi Ceremony will take place on 22.02.2018 at her residence. Petitioner being the son is required at home for performing the last rites of his mother. The residential address of the petitioner has been verified. Nominal roll of the petitioner reflects that he is a convict under Section 376 of the IPC. He has undergone incarceration of more than 4 years including remissions. His jail conduct is satisfactory. Accordingly, petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks (to be counted from the date of his release) on his

furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendant with condition that the petitioner shall surrender himself to the Jail immediately on the expiry of the aforenoted parole period of four weeks. He shall report to the local SHO on every Monday of each week. He shall also furnish his latest mobile number and residential address to the local SHO.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.

A copy of this petition be sent to the Jail Superintendant concerned.
