This is a petition seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal to make and publish the Award.

It is stated that the Award could not be made and published in view of the substitution of the Arbitrator.

For the said reasons, issue notice. Mr. Jain, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection. 4.

I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown. 5.

For the said reasons, a period of 12 months is granted to the Arbitral Tribunal to make and publish the award. The period from 28.07.2024 till date stands regularised.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
