The present appeal has been filed by the appellant/mother assailing an order dated 27.07.2019, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, deciding an application moved by her for seeking visitation rights of her two minor children, aged 8 and 13 years respectively in the care and custody of the respondent/father. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that instead of pressing the present appeal, he may be permitted to withdraw the same while reserving the right of his client to approach the Family Court and point out the change in the circumstances that may weigh with the said court for reconsidering visitation rights in respect of the minor children in the care and custody of the respondent.

Leave as prayed for is granted. The appeal is disposed of as not pressed alongwith the pending applications.
