The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition. The liberty, so prayed for, is granted and the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. 2.

However, the Corporation is directed to inspect the property and if the Corporation finds that there is any illegal or unauthorised construction which is being carried out at the subject property in question, they are directed to take further action in accordance with law.
