% 14.03.2016 Petitioner has prayed in this writ petition that the respondent no.1 be directed to decide the case bearing no.79/RA/N/1999 titled as Shri Jaipal Vs.

Gaon Sabha Mamoorpur & Anr. expeditiously and within time bound manner.

Keeping in mind the age of the case pending before the respondent no.1, it is ordered that the respondent no.1 shall dispose of the aforesaid case expeditiously and preferably within six months. Writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
