This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondents to allow the Petitioner to join Respondent No 5 School as a student of class 1, give him study material, and school uniform and allow him to continue as a student as per the policy of the Respondent No 5;

b) Any other appropriate writ, order and direction that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

At the outset, Mr. Kamal Gupta, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 5/School, on instructions, submits that pursuant to interim orders passed by this Court on 04.10.2024 and 25.11.2024, whereby School was directed to permit the Petitioner to join in the EWS Category in Class 1, W.P.(C) 11116/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Petitioner was granted admission and he is continuing in the School and that School has no objection in the Petitioner continuing and completing his studies.

In light of the submission made by Mr. Gupta and the stand taken by School, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of making orders dated 04.10.2024 and 25.11.2024 absolute. Court appreciates the fair stand taken by the School and Mr. Kamal Gupta.

Pending applications stand disposed of making it clear that questions of law arising in the present writ petition are left open.
