W.P.(C) 1467/2017 The petitioner by the present petition seeks a direction to respondent no. 1 to 3 to de-seal the property of the petitioner being third floor of property bearing No. E-714, Jahangir Puri, Delhi - 110033.

Learned counsel for the respondents points out that the petitioner had applied for de-sealing of the property before the court of Metropolitan Magistrate who is seized of FIR No. 430/2015, Police Station Jahangir Puri, Delhi and by order dated 04.12.2015 he dismissed the application. Learned counsel further submits that the remedy of the petitioner would be in the first instance to assail the said order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate remedies in law against the order dated 04.12.2015.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
