This writ petition is filed by the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "1. Issue a writ/order/direction directing the Respondent no. 1 and 2 to perform the following:

a. To discharge their statutory obligations under SARFAESI Act and rules made thereunder and hand over the Original Sale Certificate to the Petitioners; & b. To deliver peaceful, vacant physical possession of the auctioned property along with original title deeds to the Petitioners & c. To Execute sale deed of the property in question in favor of the petitioners &

2. Pass any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
