Crl. M C No. 735/2016 (1) Present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India & read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 69/2013, under Sections 354A/354D registered at Police Station Kanjhawala, Delhi. It is stated that the matter has been settled with the complainant/respondent No.2 amicably.
(2) Respondent No. 2 is present before the Court with her counsel. The Investigating Officer present in the court has identified WP(Crl) No. 735/2016

I have enquired from the complainant whether the matter has been settled with the petitioner amicably without fear and pressure. She has informed that all the disputes have been settled without any fear or pressure and she has no objection to the quashing of the FIR.
(3) The petition is supported by the affidavits of the parties. (4) Since the petitioner has voluntarily settled the dispute with the complainant, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to put an end to the litigation, FIR No. 69/2013, under Sections 354A/354D registered at Police Station Kanjhawala, Delhi and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

The petitioner is directed to deposit ` 20,000/- as costs in the Prime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.
(6) The petition and all pending application (s) stand disposed of accordingly.
