Mr. Amer Vaid, learned counsel for appellant has, at the very outset, informed that matter has already been amicably settled between the parties in terms of settlement which took place under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 16.04.2024. 2.

It is also stated that appellant herein is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and in view of the above-said settlement, suit as such has been disposed of and a consent decree has also been passed in favour of the appellant herein. 3.

Since matter has been amicably settled and suit in question has been decreed, present appeal does not survive any more. 4.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of as having become infructuous in view of the aforesaid settlement.
