This appeal is filed by the Appellant under Section 91 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 against order dated 05.03.2025 passed by the Respondent refusing the trade mark Application No. 5477985 in Class 3. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Appellant, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the appeal.
