% 18.11.2024 Mr. Singhvi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, has placed for our perusal a complete copy of the Show Cause Notice ["SCN"] which was sought to be impugned in the instant writ petition. We find that only a part of the SCN was placed on our record and which had constrained us to observe that it appeared to be cryptic. Faced with the disclosures as made, learned counsel for the writ petitioner chooses to withdraw the instant writ petition subject to all rights being reserved to contest the SCN proceedings in accordance with law.
