The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of directions to the respondents no. 2 and 3 for providing police protection to the petitioner at the time of construction of boundary wall on the property bearing no. RZ-85, Dashrath Puri, New Delhi. However, during the course of arguments, the counsel for the petitioner is not able to show any document pertaining to the ownership of the property in favour of the petitioner and referred the sale deed dated 02.03.1974. The perusal of sale deed dated 02.03.1974 shows that it is not registered in the name of the petitioner.

The present petition appears to be the abuse of process of law, hence, stands dismissed along with pending application. DR.
