After hearing arguments for some time and also in view of the observations made by this Court on 01.10.2024 while disposing of CM(M) 1354/2018, learned counsel for petitioners does not press his present petition and submits that the petitioners would avail other remedies as permissible under law including filing of suit or objecting as and when an execution petition is filed.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 3.

Liberty, as prayed, is always available with the petitioners and they are always entitled to take recourse to other remedies, as permissible under law. 4.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 5.
