The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers:

"a. Kindly allow present application and under section 11 and, 12 of contempt of court act and a prayer to start contempt proceeding against the Contemnor/SHO of police station - Jagatpuri, Delhi for wilful refuse to comply with order dated 04.07.2025 passed by this Hon'ble court in the matter of 'Himanshu Goyal versus State (NCT of Delhi & ORS W.P (Crl.) 1999/2025 b. And any other appropriate order may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

passed the following directions:

"5. Petition is disposed of with direction that SHO of the police station within whose jurisdiction the petitioner is residing, shall share the mobile number of the Beat Constable with the petitioner so that petitioner may seek immediate assistance in case of any need. The SHO shall also counsel the Beat Constable accordingly. The Beat Constable of the area would make a telephone call to the petitioner once every day before 6.00 pm at least for next one month. However, with regard to the request for registration of the FIR against the concerned person, petitioner is at liberty to initiate the necessary legal action as per law."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the concerned Beat Constable did not comply with the directions. 5.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on advance notice, submits that the calls were made, however, on some days the calls were unanswered. 6.

Be that as it may, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction that the aforesaid protection given to the petitioner shall continue for a period of 2 weeks from today. The concerned Beat Constable is expected to keep a record of these calls for any future reference/proceedings. 7.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of. 8.
