This writ petition was listed for admission on 12.08.2024 when it was recorded that despite the second call in the matter there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. In the interest of justice, previous order was deferred and the matter was directed to be listed on 17.12.2024. 2.

In the meantime, an application being C.M.No.60569/2024 was filed by the Petitioner on 04.10.2024 for early hearing which came to be listed before Court on 15.10.2024 and was adjourned for 08.11.2024. However, on 08.11.2024 again there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner and the application was directed to be listed for today. 3.

None appears for the Petitioner yet again. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing this writ petition and the same is dismissed for non prosecution. All the pending applications are disposed of.
