Learned counsels for the parties inform that the parties have amicably settled their disputes in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 18.02.2026 arrived at between them before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. They submit that, as per the Settlement Agreement, the parties have agreed to, inter alia, file a petition seeking mutual divorce in the month of July. 2.
Therefore, the learned counsel for the appellant prays to withdraw the present appeal in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement.
