Learned proxy counsel for the petitioner prays for an adjournment submitting to the effect that the father of the arguing counsel is unwell. 2.

On the last date of hearing i.e., 12.8.2024 it was noted by this Court that petitioners, who were in a live-in relationship were about to get married, but the family of petitioner No.1 was protesting and threatening to kill them. 3.

Today, respondent No.3, the father of petitioner No.1 is present post notice, and undertakes that he will not take any steps which would amount to any impediment or threat to the petitioners, with regard to their choice of each other partners. His undertaking is taken on record. 4.

In this view of the matter, no further directions are required.
