By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks modification of condition no. (vi) in order dated 03.12.2024, passed by this Court vide which the petitioner was directed to appear before the Investigating Officer (IO) in Police Station on every second and fourth Thursday of every month at 04:00 PM.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the chargsheet in this case has been filed. It is, therefore, prayed that the condition no. (vi) in para no. 11 be modified.

Considering that the chargesheet in this case stands filed, the condition no. (vi) in para no. 11 stands deleted. 4.
