The present petition is filed, inter alia, praying as under: "(1) To issue necessary directions/orders to the SHO, Police Station RK Puram, South-West Delhi, New Delhi to ensure the safety and security of the petitioners take necessary action against the respondent no.2 & 3 as per law and in the interest of justice.

(2) To pass any other direction/order in favor of the petitioners and in the interest of justice."

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are major and are married to each other. 3.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that as and when any complaint is received pointing out towards the commission of an offence, an appropriate action would be taken immediately. 5.

In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed. 6.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.

The petitioner is also at liberty to take appropriate steps in case any grievance remains in future.
