It has also been verified that brother of the petitioner is going to be married on 19th February, 2017. In the totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of two weeks from the date of his release enabling him to attend the marriage of his brother, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the
Superintendent Jail.
Writ petition is disposed of.
