The items listed in the inventory prepared, a copy of which is has been annexed to the petition as 'Annexure P3', will be released by the Respondent/Bank to the Petitioner, subject to her paying the costs incurred by the Bank in keeping the said inventory in its godown/warehouse. The Petitioner will be informed of the exact amount to be paid by her to the Bank in writing within one week from today.

2. The above steps be completed within two weeks thereafter. No further directions are called for in this writ petition. The petition and the pending application are disposed of.

3. Copy of the order be given dasti.
