The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing no. 0170/2016, under Sections 323/341/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS Maurice Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent nos. 2 to 4. They are present in Court and are identified by the Investigating Officer. At the material time, both the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 were students of Kirori Mal College, Delhi University. It is stated that an incident had taken place during the Student Body Elections at the said college. 5.

Respondent nos. 2 to 4 submit that they have since resolved all disputes and differences with the petitioners and have no grievance against them.

The petitioners are present in Court and are identified by their counsel. They are remorseful of their conduct and undertake to this Court that they shall not indulge in violence of any form. They have been explained the import and consequences of breaching their undertaking. 7.

In view of the statements/undertakings given by the concerned parties, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition. 8.

Accordingly, FIR bearing no.

0170/2016, under Sections 323/341/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS Maurice Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 9.

The concerned parties (petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4) shall sign this order as an acknowledgement of their undertakings/statements recorded herein.

The petition stands disposed of.
