% 16.01.2019 Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 500/2017, under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B IPC registered at police station Dabri, New Delhi. While entertaining this application, interim protection from arrest was granted to petitioner.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has joined the investigation.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that though petitioner has joined the investigation, but she has not yet provided bank account details.

Petitioner's counsel submits that bank account details would be provided to the Investigating Officer and petitioner would appear before the Investing Officer on 17th January, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of this case, interim order of 16th February, 2018 is made absolute, subject to petitioner joining investigation.
In the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail, subject to her furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹ 25,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. It is made clear that in case, petitioner does not provide her bank account details to the Investigating Officer, the State is at liberty to get this order revoked.
The bail application is accordingly disposed of. Dasti.
