Since, the decision has been rendered by the concerned District Magistrate on an application, which was filed by the petitioner, nothing more remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition. 2.

Needless to state that if the petitioner has any other grievance with respect to the early disposal of his execution petition, she shall be at liberty to make a request to the Executing Court. In case, the same is not mitigated, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
