The limited relief sought by the petitioner is that the respondent no.1 (Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Council) be directed to expeditiously consider the application submitted by the petitioner in March 2025 under Section 18 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as 'MSMED Act') in a time bound manner.

Considering the limited nature of relief sought, the petition is disposed of with a request to the respondent no.1 to expeditiously consider the petitioner's application under Section 18 of the MSMED Act, and take necessary consequential steps as mandated in terms of the applicable statutory provisions.
