This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to quash:

a) The letter dated 17.07.2025 issued by the National Medical Commission (Respondent No.

2) bearing Reference No.

Renewal/UGMEB/2023-24/333 withdrawing the conditional renewal of 250 MBBS seats granted to the Petitioner College, as being arbitrary, unreasonable, violative of principles of natural justice, and ultra vires the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, and the regulations framed thereunder.

b) The Press Release dated 14.07.2025 issued by the National Medical Commission (Respondent No. 2) bearing Reference No. N22011/54/2024- Assessment Cell/MARB; and W.P.(C) 10890/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. c) Direct the Respondent No. 03 to include the Petitioner College in the ongoing NEET UG Counselling process for academic session 2025-26.

(ii) Pass such other and further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the writ petition as a relief sought for is granted. 3.

Writ petition along with pending applications is disposed of as withdrawn.
