By way of the instant petition, the petitioners seeks following relief: "A. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or directions directing the investigating agency to protect the life and liberty of the Petitioners;

B. Direct the police authorities to take appropriate steps for ensuring the safety and security of the petitioners and their family against threats issued by respondents no. 4 to 9..." 4.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the mediation between the parties is being held at Delhi High Court Mediation Centre (SAMADHAN), however, whenever the petitioners, who are residents of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh come to the mediation centre for The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the purpose of taking part in the mediation process, they were tried to be beaten and were threatened by the respondents. 5.

In these circumstances, it is ordered that the petitioners be allowed to take part in mediation process, through video conferencing. 6.

The petitioners will be at liberty to approach appropriate Court of jurisdiction as they are residents of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh in case, they apprehend threat to their life, at their place of residence. 7.

In view of above, the present petition stands disposed of. 8.
