The victim girl has been produced before this Court by her mother today. Upon being queried, the victim girl submits that she is 19 years of age and has studied up to 9th standard and has performed 'Nikah' in accordance with the Muslim Rites & Customs. She further submits that she is presently residing happily with her mother and does not wish to return to her husband, instead, she expresses her desire to continue residing with her mother. The copy of her marriage certificate and certificate of the registration of her marriage has been furnished and the same is taken on record. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
