O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 533/2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29 A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with a prayer to extend the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award within a period of one year.

According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the time be extended till September 30, 2020 effective from December 29, 2020. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has given his consent for the same.

Noting the contents of the petition and the fact that the learned

counsel for the respondent has given his consent, the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended till September 30, 2020.

The petition stands disposed of.
