Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the disputes and differences between the Petitioner and the Complainant have been resolved.

Accordingly, the Petitioner, instead of seeking quashing on merits, seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition, and apply for quashing on the basis of mutual consent, with no objection from Respondent No. 2. 2.

Dismissed as withdraw with liberty as aforesaid. The pending applications are also disposed of.

It is clarified that the merits of the petition, including whether the impugned FIR can be quashed on the basis of compromise, will be examined in the appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law.
