This application has been filed by the applicant under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.249/2021 dated 30.04.2021 under Section 354 IPC read with Section 10 of the POCSO Act registered at PS: Kalindi Kunj. Subsequently Section 506 IPC was also added. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant, at this stage, seeks to withdraw the application with a prayer that Trial Court be directed to expedite the trial as only five more witnesses remain to be examined on behalf of the prosecution.

Considering that the applicant is in Judicial Custody since 21.05.2021 and only five more witnesses remain to be examined by the prosecution, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial. 4.

Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
