The present application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "In view of the aforesaid facts & circumstances of the case, it is humbly prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may graciously be pleased to:- a) Pass an order allowing the withdrawal of Regular Bail bearing No. 4122 of 2023 in FIR No. 130/2012, PS: CHHWALA, U/s 302/201/120b/34 of IPC with liberty to file afresh; b) Pass further any such order as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit just and proper in the interest of justice."
