% 28.07.2016 By the present petition the complainant/appellant challenges the acquittal of respondent Nos. 2 to 7.

In view of the decision of the Supreme Court reported as 2015 (10) SCALE 444 Satya Pal Singh vs. State of M.P. & Ors. the appellant is required to seek leave of the court before filing the appeal. The appeal in the present form is not maintainable.

Consequently, the appeal is dismissed with liberty to the appellant to take remedies in accordance with law.
