This application has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') praying for grant of Anticipatory Bail in FIR No.428/2022 registered at Police Station: Uttam Nagar, Dwarka District, New Delhi under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC'). 2.
The above FIR has been registered on a complaint made by the respondent no.2, who is the wife of the petitioner. 3.
This Court vide its interim order dated 07.12.2023 had directed that inter alia subject to the applicant joining the investigation, no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant till the next date of hearing. The interim protection was continued by the order dated 19.12.2023.

I am informed that the applicant has joined the investigation. 5.

the fact that the applicant has joined the investigation, and that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required, on the applicant further joining the investigation as and when required, in the event of his arrest in relation to FIR No.428/2022 registered at Police Station: Uttam Nagar, Dwarka District, New Delhi, the applicant shall be released on Bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, and further subject to the following conditions:
(i) that the applicant will join the investigation as and when directed in writing;
(ii) that the applicant shall not leave the NCT of Delhi without intimating the IO/SHO concerned;
(iii) that the applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, tamper with evidence of the case; and, (iv) that the applicant shall furnish his mobile phone/landline number and residential address to the IO/SHO concerned and shall keep his mobile/landline phones operational at all times during this period, and in the event of any change of the same, will immediately inform the same to the IO/SHO.
