% 19.02.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that he has to attend the marriage of her sisters fixed for 20th February, 2018. On a notice being issued, a Status Report has been filed by the State. As per the Status Report two real sisters of the petitioner Gaurav are to be married on 20th February 2018. The marriage card and other facts have been verified.

Considering the fact that the marriage of the petitioner's two real sisters is fixed for 20th February, 2018 i.e. tomorrow, this Court deems it fit to grant interim bail to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of two weeks on his BAIL APPLN. 378/2018

furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, concerned Jail. Petition is disposed of.
