% 25.07.2016 IA No.8688/2016 This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC filed by the parties.

The parties state that they have amicably settled their disputes. Defendant no.1 is present in person and she states that she will not enter the suit property as the disputes have already been settled. The learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit in view of the aforesaid statement and in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
