Considering the above, this Court is satisfied that the appeal was filed within the period of limitation. 3.

This Court, by order dated 10.09.2024, had noted the contention of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The matter, in the opinion, of this Court requires consideration. The leave to appeal is, therefore, granted. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. 6.
