% 20.12.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 6/2017, under Sections 7, 13 (1) (d), 13 (2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 read with Section 120 B IPC, registration at Anti Corruption Branch, New Delhi is sought in this petition.
At the hearing, learned counsel for petitioner confines the relief for an early completion of investigation.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel for respondent/State submits that voice sample of remaining accused persons will be taken and investigation will be completed within six months. In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner does not press this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, if need be. W.P.(CRL) 3544/2019
The present petition and application stand accordingly disposed of as not pressed, with liberty as prayed for.
