The present petition has been filed seeking quashing and setting aside of the impugned order and judgment dated 29.11.2023 passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-04, Central Delhi, Tis Hazari Courts in Criminal Revision No. 205/2021 titled as "Shashi Parnami vs. State" whereby the petitioner was declared as absconder. 2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that aforesaid order arises out of the FIR No.158/2018 under Sections 406/120B IPC registered at Police Station Roop Nagar.

He submits that this Court vide separate orders of the even date passed today in CRL.M.C. 10031/2024 and W.P. aforesaid FIR, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 4.

The aforesaid position is also affirmed by the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.
