% 09.03.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 read with Article 16 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to the respondents to consider the name of the petitioner for the post of Scientist-B (Chemistry).

After some arguments, Ms.Pratima N. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2016 has been rejected by the respondents on 25.02.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as well as application with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy.

As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
