Learned APP for the State, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, submits that the cancellation report has been filed in the present FIR, which is pending before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 4.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the latter have filed a protest petition in respect of the said cancellation report which is currently pending adjudication. 5.
In view of the above, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if need so arises. 6.
Leave and liberty granted.
