% 25.09.2018 CA No._______/2018 (to be numbered) The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has filed an application under section of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 2018 seeking transfer of the present petition to the National Company Law Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as the 'NCLT'). The application has not been placed on record. A copy of this application has been filed in court. The same is taken on record and sent to the Registry for scanning to be placed on record. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he leaves to the court to take a decision on this application. The present petition is at preliminary stage. The application is hence allowed.

CO.PET. 204/2014 Accordingly, I direct the Registry to take appropriate steps regarding transfer of the present company petition to the NCLT. The parties will appear before the NCLT on 15.10.2018.
