Learned counsel for defendant nos. 1 & 2 submitted that he want to file rejoinder to the some documents filed by the plaintiff with the replication, however learned counsel for plaintiff opposed the request. 3.

No written statement has been filed by defendant no. 3. As statutory period has already been expired, right of defendant no. 3 to file written statement stands closed.

Let the pleadings be completed in accordance with law and thereafter for completion of process of filing of Joint Document Schedule in terms of Rule7A of Chapter VII of The Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018 physically by plaintiff after getting it signed from defendants, admission / denial of documents and marking of Exhibits in accordance with law on 03.07.2025.
