This is an application filed by the respondent, inter alia, seeking release of the Bank Guarantee (Bank Guarantee bearing no.50510100001006 dated 25.01.2024).

Since the appellant has not prevailed in its above-captioned appeal, which was dismissed by the order dated 28.04.2025, the present application is required to be allowed.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the Bank Guarantee furnished by the respondent for withdrawing the amounts deposited by the respondent before this Court.
