An e-mail has been received by the plaintiff to the Court Master on 07.04.2025 along with a withdrawal application which reads as under:- "Dear Hon'ble Court Master, It is humbly requested that the Hon'ble justice of the Hon'ble court to Withdraw the case no- I.P.A 4/2023 I.A. 24416/2023 I.A. 24417/2023, N.D.H:08.04.2025, SATYANAND VERUS STATE OF NCT OF DELHI & ORS, pending before Hon'ble court no. 50 of Hon'ble Delhi High Court before the Hon'ble Ms. Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora, due to suffering from seriously so many illnesses like B.P, Sugar and Chronicles illness like sciatica etc. with serious depression. There is also an office noting by the registry for the hearing dated 08.04.2025, which reads as under:- "Affidavit/application e-Filed by and on behalf of Plaintiff Vide Diary No: 2315986/2025/2025 (Under objection) Rest nothing fresh filed."

Learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate ('SDM') as well states that the plaintiff is not available on the address furnished by the plaintiff itself.

The withdrawal application, which has been lying pending with the Registry has been called for and the application is taken on record. The Registry is directed to number the said application. 6.

In this application, it is stated that the Petitioner is seeking leave to withdraw the petition and prays that no cost be imposed. 7.

This Court has also perused the joint inspection report filed by SDM, DDA and GNCTD on 17.12.2024. In these reports, GNCTD and DDA have jointly submitted that having perused the records, they were unable to verify the claim of the Petitioner qua allotment of plot no. 309 Panchayati Colony, Village- Haiderpur, Delhi and in fact, as per their records, no such resolution dated 22.04.2976 relied upon by the plaintiff [annexed as 'Document B' with the plaint] exists, which could show that the said plot was allotted to the plaintiff herein.
