There is also an office noting by the registry for the hearing dated 08.04.2025, which reads as under:- "Affidavit/application e-Filed by and on behalf of Plaintiff Vide Diary No: 2315986/2025/2025 (Under objection) Rest nothing fresh filed."

Learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate ('SDM') as well states that the plaintiff is not available on the address furnished by the plaintiff itself.

The withdrawal application, which has been lying pending with the Registry has been called for and the application is taken on record. The Registry is directed to number the said application. 6.
In this application, it is stated that the Petitioner is seeking leave to withdraw the petition and prays that no cost be imposed. 7.
This Court has also perused the joint inspection report filed by SDM, DDA and GNCTD on 17.12.2024. In these reports, GNCTD and DDA have jointly submitted that having perused the records, they were unable to verify the claim of the Petitioner qua allotment of plot no. 309 Panchayati Colony, Village- Haiderpur, Delhi and in fact, as per their records, no such resolution dated 22.04.2976 relied upon by the plaintiff [annexed as 'Document B' with the plaint] exists, which could show that the said plot was allotted to the plaintiff herein.
